Summary: We enjoyed the farmhouse and all of its amenities. It was close to everything, making it easy to adventure to different parts of the Rockies. We particularly appreciated its proximity to the range, because it led us on drives along the base whenever we’d leave with a map. Margo was an excellent host, always communicating with us and keeping us in the loop. If I sent a message, she always responded quickly. Her kindness was unmatched. We would definitely use this property again if we were visiting the same part of CO! As an added bonus, a very quiet - and irregular - train comes by. But our kids were able to catch the attention of the conductor who did blow his whistle for them. For our family, this just added to the charm of it feeling like we were countryside!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this house in the Denver/Boulder area. First, it is very accessible (Breckenridge 1:45 minutes away, Boulder :20 minutes, Denver :40, Golden :20). Second, it felt secluded and quiet. Third, the house was very nice and quite affordable for the size of the property. Finally, our hosts Margot and Tim were very accommodating, helpful and nice. They wanted to make sure we felt invited and followed up to see if we needed anything a couple of times. Overall, we fell like we found a hidden gem and for the cost, this was a property worth saving for future visits.

Summary: Nice home with all the amenities you could ask for or need. Host was super helpful when we needed an extra pillow case. Overall, great home, stay and host. Would love to stay here next year on our trip but cant since we're bringing our 2 doggies. Everyone is disappointed (except the dogs maybe ).

Summary: The location of the property is great! We felt like we had no neighbors and we were close to everything we needed to be close to. The amount of bathroom space is also unbeatable! The owners were extremely responsive and great to work with! We would definitely be happy to visit again when we return to Colorado!

Summary: We loved our stay! This house is perfect for families traveling with kids. Games, stuffed animals, pack n plays, light blocking curtains, fans, sound machines…. Even a pantry stocked with fruit snacks and granola bars. Would definitely come back the future
